Air Optix plus HydraGlyde (3 lenses) monthly contact lenses by Alcon are the first and only lenses to combine two leading technologies for users with myopia: SmartShield® Technology and HydraGlyde® Moisture Matrix. SmartShield® Technology creates an ultra-thin, permanent protective shield on the lens surface, which helps guard against irritating lipid deposits and other substances, keeping the lens clean and comfortable all month long.
The HydraGlyde® Moisture Matrix is an advanced wetting technology that attracts and retains moisture on the lens surface. It embeds within the lens matrix to provide lasting hydration throughout the day (up to 16 hours), reducing symptoms of dryness. Made from the silicone-hydrogel material Lotrafilcon B, they allow high oxygen flow (Dk/t 138) for white, healthy-looking eyes.
